Through an interactive and dynamic session led by Khula Co-Owner Dr Charlotte Philip, receptionists will learn how to guide pet owners proactively, support seasonal needs, and keep the practice running smoothly — ensuring a stress-free festive season for pets, owners, and the veterinary team.

FACILITATOR

Dr Charlotte Philip (BVSc)
Charlotte’s veterinary career began in 2013. Her years in private practice taught her the value of strong client communication, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient care. She later moved into industry and practice management, gaining expertise in small animal nutrition, sales, and staff leadership. Today, Charlotte is the co-owner of Khula, a bespoke veterinary training business.
