In summary, you will be agreeing to respect Khula Vet’s intellectual property and use the training material only for your own personal training needs. You will also be giving Khula Vet consent to share your details with our industry partners that may sponsor or subsidise your chosen course.

Khula Vet Terms and Conditions
Materials or Documentation in whole or in part, may not be distributed in any form to any person without prior written consent from the Licensor. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Training Materials and the Documentation anywhere in the world belong to the Licensor, that rights in the Training Materials and the Documentation are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Training Materials or the Documentation other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this Licence.
You may not copy the Training Materials or Documentation except where such copying is incidental or necessary for the purposes of completing the relevant Training Course. You may not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, translate, merge, adapt, vary or modify the Training Materials or Documentation; You may not alter, or modify, the whole or any part of the Training Materials or Documentation, nor permit the Training Materials or any part of them to be combined with, or become incorporated into, any other materials; You must include the copyright notice of Khula Vet on all entire and partial copies you may make of the Training Materials or Documents on any medium; You may not provide or otherwise make available the Training
If you are a Khula Vet customer and have purchased a Khula Vet training course, you agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions. Delegate may receive and possess the training materials associated with the relevant training course purchased and use such training materials in conjunction with the attendance of such course, as well as use such as a record of information for the term of this license, provided that only the delegate of the relevant Khula Vet Course may make such use of the material.
Khula Vet training material is purely for educational purposes and Khula Vet does not take any responsibility or liability for any decisions or actions that are undertaken based on this content. All actions and decisions should be performed under the guidance of a registered veterinarian and in line with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) guidelines.

As part of our course registration process, we collect certain personal information from you, which may include but is not limited to:

- Professional information (job title, company name, and industry)
Purpose of Data Sharing
We seek your consent to share your personal data with the sponsors of the industry partners that may sponsor or subsidise your chosen course. The purpose of sharing this information is to enable the sponsors to:
- Evaluate the effectiveness and reach of their sponsorship.
- Communicate with course attendees about their products or services that may be of interest.
- Provide relevant follow-up information related to the course.
- Conduct research or analysis to improve their products or services.
- Contact you with regard to loyalty programs and prizes
Data Sharing Details
We will only share the necessary personal data required for the aforementioned purposes. The industry partners will not have access to any financial or sensitive personal information, and they are bound by this consent form and applicable data protection laws to protect your data.
Data Security
We take data security seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.
Consent Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent for Khula Vet Pty Ltd, or the industry partners to process your personal data, please notify us in writing at michelle@khulavet.co.za. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this consent form, or as required by law.
