Overview:
Our mission is to help our colleagues transform those first few months of overwhelm into empowerment. Khula aims to refine and focus that vast amount of knowledge and practical experience you have acquired. Our goal is for you to learn how to master DAY 1 competencies so you can walk into private practice feeling calm, confident and ready to kick-ass in this awesome profession of ours.
This is a 14 module crash course covering all of the major veterinary topics in webinar format. There are notes for each module that can be downloaded as well as a viewable presentation to review the content. At the end of each module you will be required to complete a quiz which will ensure that you have an understanding of the topic. You are required to get 75% for the quiz in order to pass the module and receive the CPD points. You can retake the quiz up to 5 times.
The course is fully CPD accredited and CPD points will be awarded upon completion of each module. Points will be uploaded onto the SAVC CPD portal within 1 month after course completion. There are 18 structured CPD points in total upon completion of the entire course. These points will be uploaded by Khula onto the SAVC CPD portal and should reflect on your profiles by latest end June 2024.
Please click on the “Mark Complete” button at the end of each section, in order to track your progress through the course. The course access will end 31 March 2024.
There is also additional content and product training provided by our industry partners as well as some bonus content. The Khula Protocols are an extremely valuable aid that we recommend downloading and saving on your phones for easy reference. They contain numerous treatment protocols for common conditions seen in private practice.
